Fully Traceable Cocoa
Our chocolate is made using fully traceable cocoa, with a clear line of sight through the supply chain from origin to production.
Our supplier operates a robust due diligence system that tracks cocoa back to farm level, with geolocation data, risk assessments and verified documentation at every stage.
This means we know where our cocoa comes from and how it’s produced.
Supporting Farmers Properly
Our chocolate comes from a supply chain that operates under strict supplier codes of conduct and ethical sourcing policies, covering fair labour practices, environmental protection & responsible business conduct.
These standards apply across the entire supply chain, not just at the end product, meaning farmers are paid more fairly for their crops and work under better, safer conditions. This supports more stable incomes and helps farming communities invest in their future.
Ongoing monitoring and accountability
Suppliers are regularly assessed to ensure they meet these standards, with risk assessments across labour, ethics and environmental impact, continuous monitoring and corrective action where needed, and clear accountability throughout the supply chain.
From farmer cooperatives through to production, every stage is tracked and documented, helping ensure cocoa is sourced responsibly and farmers are part of a system built on transparency and long-term sustainability.
Deforestation-free commitment
All our cocoa is sourced in line with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), ensuring it is produced on land not linked to deforestation after 2020.
Our partners actively assess and monitor deforestation risk across their supply chain, with systems in place to identify, prevent and mitigate any issues. This supports the protection of forests as well as future harvests.
